My trees on display at Noelanders 13

I was very fortunate to have 2 trees accepted for display at the 13th Noelanders Trophy.

The displays were transported, set up, and returned to Blighty by Peter Warren, Peter Snart & John Armitage.
These guys took 15 displays to Noelanders on behalf of  UK enthusiasts, and I've got to say they made a cracking job of setting everything up.

I've managed to clean up & moss my Juniper for the Noelanders show and re-pot the little Ilex shown in an earlier post. I still have some work to do on my Acer, that's a job for tomorrow.
Accents are cleaned and trimmed and packed ready for transport.

Rock & roll....I'm giddy with anticipation

I picked this Winter flowering Jasmine up from the Green Club in Japan in 2010

These are a very under used species which make lovely bonsai trees

Potentilla after its winter haircut, another very under rated species.

Here are a couple of pictures of stands I've sold this year.

The first picture kindly supplied by John Armitage shows one of his Junipers on an oak root stand made from a piece of old floor board.

This 2nd ne taku is one that I recently made for Duncan Hield, hopefully I'll be able to add a picture with one of Duncans lovely shohin trees in the near future.
